Article 1 - GENERAL
The following articles define the general conditions of sale in the context of the creation and sale of displays, decorative objects and personalized trophies or supports.

Article 2 - TERMINOLOGY
- The products and services offered on graphiplex.fr will hereinafter be referred to as "products" or "services":
- Each person wishing to benefit from Graphiplex's services and/or products will hereinafter be referred to as a "customer".
- Each order placed under the conditions provided will be referred to as an "order".
- For personalised products, a test will be carried out and will hereinafter be referred to as 'prototype'.
Article 3 - DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCTS
The products presented on graphiplex.fr are made from:
- PMMA, Polymethyl methacrylate, known by the trade name Plexiglas,
- MDF, medium: medium density wood particleboard.
- PLA, polylactic acid, a plastic filament most used in 3D printing
They are entirely designed, designed and manufactured by Graphiplex. The greatest care is taken in the manufacture of the products offered for sale. If errors have crept into the descriptions, for example, Graphiplex cannot be held liable. However, corrections will be made as soon as possible after being informed.
Article 4 - METHOD OF ORDER, PAYMENT AND PRICE
Order
- Standard product : the order is made on graphiplex.fr or on different classifieds sites. Payment will then be made at the time of ordering, in full and without discount.
- Product on mesure: a contact, by phone or email is necessary to set up your project. Several appointments may be necessary for the complete realization. Depending on its nature, creation fees may apply. A prototype will be made and a quote proposed. The acceptance of the prototype and the estimate must be contractualized by a signature preceded by the mention "good to print" which will be valid for purchase order. In case of restocking, no creation costs will be charged.
Regulation
Payments can be made by credit cards (Blue, Visa, Mastercard), by PayPal, by checks made out exclusively to Bruno LEMAIRE (in this case provide a delivery time by post longer than the announced time or by cash.
For products sold on online ad sites, the payment terms remain the same, with the possibility of paying via PayPal, depending on the sites used.
Price
- Graphiplex reserves the right to modify its prices at any time without notice, orders registered prior to the price change will not be impacted.
- The prices are indicated in net price in Euros, VAT is not applicable, art. 293B of the CGI. This mention is made on invoices, in accordance with the legislation. The quotes offered are free and have a validity of 30 days.
Article 5 - AVAILABILITY
- All standard products are in stock. Any order placed before 10pm on products in stock is shipped the next day.
- For custom products, manufacturing is launched after full acceptance of the quote and the preliminary drawing made.
- The customer will be notified by email of any possible delay (following, for example, a shortage of raw material stock or a breakdown of equipment)
Article 6 - DELIVERY
- Free shipping costs in metropolitan France: delivery costs at the economic postal rate are included in the price of the product for metropolitan France, excluding letters and decorative figures, a supplement will be requested for any registered or tracked shipment. In case of tracked or registered mailing, the tracking number is sent by email to the customer.
- Free shipping costs by Mondial Relay in Belgium and Luxembourg from 70 € of purchase : Graphiplex can not be held responsible for any delays or loss of shipments by post. The approximate delivery times offered do not take into account weekends and holidays, and may vary depending on the destination.
- Hand delivery to our workshop : do you live near Montfermeil (Seine Saint-Denis) or are you in a hurry? We will be happy to receive you by appointment at the workshop to personally give you your products.
- Custom-made products : they will be manufactured upon receipt of the quote signed by the customer. Depending on the project, it takes between 2 to 4 working days for the realization. Like the other products, they will be sent by post to the address provided by the customer when ordering, in a Mondial Relay relay or in the workshop.
Article 7 - WITHDRAWAL
- In accordance with the provisions of Article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the customer may exercise a right of withdrawal within 14 days, which runs from the date of receipt of the product.
- This right is exercised by returning the product to the following address: Graphiplex, Mr. Bruno LEMAIRE 18 rue des Meuniers, 93370 Montfermeil.
- Only the shipping costs of the return remain the responsibility of the customer. The refund will be made within 14 days, after verification of the returned product. No return shipment in cash on delivery is accepted.
EXCEPTION: Products that have been used, visibly damaged, or whose package does not contain any attached document identifying the sender, as well as personalized products (trophies and custom displays, in particular) can not be taken back.
Article 8 - LAW, DISPUTES, MISCELLANEOUS
- All purchase orders and invoices are archived, with no time limit.
- All photos, texts, products, etc. posted on the website remain the exclusive property of Graphiplex
- Graphiplex can not be held responsible for a degradation of the products delivered, related to misuse, or use not in accordance with any assembly instructions.
- No bank details will be kept, by any method whatsoever.
- Any dispute relating to the interpretation and execution of these general conditions of sale is subject to French law. In the absence of an amicable resolution, the dispute will be brought before the Commercial Court of Bobigny (93).
